Deepti means light in Sanskrit language.

Deepti Yoga intends to shine light on Yoga.

I was born and grew up in India and moved to the Pacific North West over 15 years ago. I have always had a passion to learn and teach. I’ve been a teacher, entrepreneur and art curator, also having dedicated in seriously learning, Indian Philosophy, History, Classical Dance and Music which compliment how I teach yoga.  I like to connect my community to yoga in a deeper geniune way. I like clients to experience yoga as a complete philosophical system. I teach sensible posture alignment that a student experiences with breath, movement, balance with introduction to meditation.
